  • Is this a group fasting/weight loss program?

    No, it's an online course to teach you all the tools you'll need in order to fast. You're welcome to fast as the course is happening, but it's not something we'll be doing together.

  • Why September 21?

    September 21 is the first day of Fall. I want to give you all the tools you'll need to thrive this Holiday season and in the New Year. Don't let your health get away from you until 2023!

  • What are Bethany's credentials?

    Bethany is a Primal Certified Health Coach and Primal Certified Master Health Coach with the Primal Health Institute. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

  • What did Bethany use fasting for?

    Bethany used fasting to reverse her insulin resistance, prediabetes, chronic reactivated Epstein-Barr, chronic fatigue syndrome, lupus and to lose 60 lbs.
